Ronnalee McSweeney, Principal
Throughout her career, Ronnalee has built programs that connect high performers with seasoned leaders, creating powerful mentoring relationships that spark growth, confidence and clarity. One of her proudest achievements was launching Canada’s first national mentoring and professional development program to retain and advance female lawyers, which became a model for what’s possible when you design with both purpose and people in mind.
This work provided Ronnalee with a front row seat to what true belonging in the workplace looks like. It shaped her belief that engagement isn’t just about perks, it’s about connection, trust and feeling valued. Today, Ronnalee specializes in helping companies reduce employee turnover and strengthen their culture through mentoring, effective onboarding and meaningful recognition, creating workplaces where people thrive and choose to stay.
Ronnalee has partnered with dozens of companies to support their rising talent, those with the potential to lead, innovate and drive lasting impact. She has learned what it takes not just to develop individuals, but also to build ecosystems that fuel performance, deepen commitment and grow with the business.

Mark Higginbottom, Associate
Mark is best known for being an attentive listener and for his sound judgment. He loves a challenge and is driven by solutions to problems that are quantifiable and impact people and organizations in significant ways. With close to three decades of accounting and project management experience in the corporate and not for profit sectors, Mark brings a wealth of experience and insights to the table when helping companies create solutions for attracting and keeping awesome people – keeping the bigger picture of cost control and maximizing employee performance at the forefront of all of his recommendations.
Clients rely on Mark for providing solutions supported by technology and for his patient demeanor and strategic approach to training team members. Mark balances the work he loves with cycling, traveling and paddling the pristine waters of Vancouver Island.
